Designed by local architect Charles E Werking, this building hosted many community functions including High School Sports and Professional Boxing matches promoted by local promoter Arch Hindman as well as Golden Gloves Boxing matches. Former structure on this site was the Buchanan House Hotel and was moved to make room for the K of P Lodge Building. During that move one of Hagerstown’s tragedies’ occurred. Presently, The Shoppes of East Main occupy this building.
