Mr. William Waltz, contractor for Independent Order of Odd Fellows #25 built this three story Structure. The public hall and two offices on the 2^nd Floor served stage productions, assemblies, graduations, & recreation – today Museum exhibits showcase Hagerstown History, inventions, and art including a panorama painted by local artist Charles Newcomb in 1913 (showcased in a book by Carolyn Lafever – “The Murals by Charles Newcomb: A Story of Hagerstown, Indiana”). Presently, Moore Party Time and Photo Fourteen Businesses are on the 1st Floor
